ORDER FORM
We have a limited number of items available for order if you missed the order deadline during Band Camp. Returning Cardinal Alliance members can wear shoes, gloves, black under shorts and Red Band T - Shirt from 2016- 2017 if they still fit. All new and returning students must order black logo undershirt this year. Orders will be distributed to students at announced dates and times during the last week of August. Cardinal Alliance Logo black undershirt - $15

*These shirts run big. Order a size smaller than what you usually wear. For example if you normally wear an Adult Medium in t shirt size, order a size SMALL.
Black compression shorts - $8
Black Gloves - $7 (for 2 pairs)
Cardinal Red Band T Shirt - $15
(Required)
All students must wear black compression shorts under uniform. You may order these shorts, or provide your own. They must be compression shorts without any holes in the front. Box briefs are not acceptable.
MTX Marching Band Shoes - $40
Students must wear these specific MTX shoes. Other styles of black shoes not permitted.

MHHS Band Logo Hats - $15 (optional)
Hat ordered over the summer and during Band Camp will be delivered along with the uniform accessories. Additional hats may be purchased at future Cardinal Alliance events from our Spirit Wear tables.
