What is Cut Time?
Cut Time is an app used by the program for instrument check out and program billing.
Who do I contact about my Cut Time bill?
Please address Cut Time billing question to the Band Director Christopher Coughlin at christopher.coughlin@smusd.org
Who do I contact about my payment plan or a refund?
For questions about payments and payment plans. refunds, etc. please contact the Treasurer at treasurer@mhhsband.org
Can I make cash payments?
Yes, put your payment in an envelope with your student’s name and what the payment is for on the outside of the envelope. Deposit your payment in the locked deposit box in the band room.
Who do I make a check out to and where can I drop it off?
Please make checks out to C.A.P.O. Put your check in an envelope and write your student’s name and what the payment is for on the outside of the envelope. Deposit your payment in the locked deposit box in the band room.
